ABOUT BRITTANY

Brittany is a licensed acupuncturist with extensive training and experience in Chinese Medicine. Her journey began in 2007 when she discovered her passion for acupuncture and knew it was her path. To pursue this calling, she dedicated herself to completing the undergraduate coursework required for entry into her master's program.

In 2013, Brittany earned her Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Texas Health and Science University. She is now advancing her expertise by pursuing a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at the Pacific College of Health & Science in San Diego. Certified by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, she has deepened her skills through studying the works of esteemed practitioners such as Kiiko Matsumoto, Bob Doane, and Dr. Tan. Additionally, she has trained in cosmetic acupuncture and microneedling.

 

With a passion for Sports Medicine and Functional Genomics, Brittany integrates acupuncture, Chinese botanicals, and an Integrative Medicine approach to craft personalized treatment plans. She also provides nutritional counseling and health programs to help her patients achieve optimal wellness. Currently studying at the Nutrigenetic Research Institute, she is expanding her understanding of how genetics and nutrition interplay to influence health.

 

Beyond her work in the clinic, Brittany is an experienced wing foiling coach and leads women’s camps, where she empowers women to take their wind sports skills to the next level. Passionate about building confidence and community, she is dedicated to helping women thrive in their athletic pursuits.

 

Brittany has practiced in diverse clinical settings across California, spent winters treating patients in La Ventana, Baja California Sur, and now calls Hood River, OR home during the summer months.

 

Outside of her professional life, Brittany is an avid adventurer who enjoys all things foiling, surfing, backcountry skiing, and alpine climbing. She brings the same drive and enthusiasm she has for her outdoor passions to her work, inspiring her patients and clients to reach new heights in their health and performance
