HELEN PHILPOT, LMT

Helen is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). A graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts, she specializes in sports massage, motor vehicle accident injuries, headaches, and pain from desk posture. Her dedicated approach involves skillful deep tissue techniques and myofascial release to alleviate muscle tension, increase range of motion, find balance and aid recovery. Helen combines compassion with a profound understanding of the body, providing personalized care for her clients' holistic well-being.

 

Outside the clinic, you can find Helen playing soccer, rock climbing, cycling, or playing whatever sport she has decided to try this month.
